Holly Bell

Holly Bell served as the former Director of Cannabis for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services from February 2019 to May 2022 before joining Flora, the parent company of JustCBD. She specializes in Cannabis and Hemp regulations. As former Director of Cannabis of Florida, Bell has helped direct and implement the rules for the state’s hemp and cannabis industries.

Trained and knowledgeable in Emotional and Social Intelligence, Bell has been an accomplished entrepreneur for the past 18 years. The professional has earned experience as an effective communicator in a variety of settings, ranging from forensic accounting and extensive HR knowledge to outstanding corporate business development skills and strategic business plans. Today, she is capable of applying optimal business knowledge to any industry.
